I could not have been happier. These days it seems impossible to get contractors to be timely and stick to their schedule, much less going the extra mile to take care of unexpected issues (some rotten boards and a healthy squirrels nest!), and still stay on schedule. With my permission, they even showed up Thanksgiving morning to finish up a few extras I had requested. I wish all contractors were as organized and committed to quality work finished in time. On the second job I didn't feel the need to check in regularly because I knew I could trust their work. I wish I could say the same of all contractors.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I have now hired Isaac Roofing to first re-roof my house, and then my rental. Both houses were built in the 1920's, one a classic PDX craftsman and the other a cute bungalow. Both had several layers of roofing over the original cedar shake. I was so impressed with the owner, Hector, and his entire crew. They were punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, and truly went the extra mile to take care of everything beautifully. The gutters and yard were cleaner when they left than before they started.

Hector from Isaac Roofing came out the same day to assess our leaking roof. He immediately determined the plastic vents were cracked. He temporarily caulked the cracks in case of rain and returned the next day to replace our vents with metal vents, repairing the surrounding shingles as well. Hector was very thorough and responsive to our questions. I highly recommend!

I had 3 cracked plastic vents replaced with metal vents and shingles replaced.
